CLASS SCHEDULE

Every class follows the same structure. Warm up together. Hit the primary lift and first accessory together. Then choose your track — more strength work or a conditioning finisher. Same class. Your call.

How it works: Show up. Pick your track — BLDRStrength or BLDRHybrid. Get coached through every rep. Train with people who actually want to be there. Repeat.
