This is our classic 60 minute CrossFit class. Athletes will have the opportunity to learn, build on and fine-tune various skills from Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastic movements, endurance, and more. Most classes will have one to two strength components and a metcon. Get ready to work!
Let’s start lifting! This 45 minute class introduces members to the basic barbell movements. BLDR45 will include a strength circuit followed by some heavy breathing (aka metcon).
A 30 minute, high intensity, class that focuses primarily on body weight and low weight movements. Perfect for those days where you only have a little bit of time or just getting into CrossFit but still want an ass-kicker of a workout!
