I’d say one of the most challenging foods for client’s to give up is pasta. It’s not only delicious, but quick and easy to make. Many substitutes simply don’t hold up the same.
Refined grains are tough on the body though. So, if you’re looking to reduce inflammation, here are the grain-free brands I recommend!
Cappello’s (almond)
Banza (chickpea)
Tolerant (lentil)
These brands are not only delicious, but hold up well during cooking (which if you’ve tried other replacement pastas in the past, you know to be a miracle!). Swap out that regular pasta you have in your cupboard for one of these brands and your body will thank you!
