Overnight Oats

Pre-made, nutrient-dense breakfasts are clutch for when you have to be out the door early in the morning. My go-to is overnight oats! The general recipe is below, but feel free to play around with toppings to mix it up.

Overnight Oats

General Recipe

  • 1⁄3 - 1⁄2 cup oats

  • 1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1⁄2 - 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1⁄2 - 1 Tbsp flax

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter

  • 1⁄2 - 2⁄3 cup milk of choice based on desired consistency (I like Malk or coconut milk)

  • 1⁄2 cup berries

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into jar. Place lid on and shake to mix up.

  2. Add milk of choice and shake up again.

  3. Add nut butter and berries, shut lid, and place in fridge to store overnight.

*Added bonus is to use sprouted oats to maximize nutrient absorption!
