Min 1: 15 Burpees

Min 2: 30 Air Squats

Min 3: 15 V-ups

Rest 3 minutes

80 Jumping Jacks

30 HR Push-ups

30 Jumping Lunges (15 each)

1 minute Plank Hold (or Hollow Hold for a little extra spiciness!)

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP 5

Max Burpees over some sort of object (the goal is to jump over something 6” or more)
