The gym is closed today, but here is a great at home workout to get after before your festivities begin!

AMRAP 5

5 No Push Burpees

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute and repeat

After those 3 rounds….

4 Rounds

25 Sit-Ups

40-60 sec Plank Hold
